Spancle is a B2B SaaS platform available to registered sports organisations, clubs, academies and venues. Individuals may use the platform only as authorised users of a subscribing organisation.
You own your data. Spancle does not sell or share your data with third parties. You can export your data at any time via the admin dashboard.
We target 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. On termination, your data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
